Cape Point Vineyards is a unique farm in Noordhoek where vines are nestled between mountains and ocean. Cool breezes from the sea make for a slow growing season, with a late harvest that results in a truly unique Sauvignon Blanc that is recognised across the globe for its rich minerality, structure and tone. Their Sauvignon Blanc is is a delightful reminder of freshly picked apricots, pears and green apples on the nose. The aroma continues to unveil limes and orange blossom with a hint of dried herbs. These aromas follow through on the palate with a refreshingly bright acidity and a long lingering fruity finish.
Robin says "Cape Point Vineyards have a real knack for embracing all the freshness of the region but also enabling the impressive richness of their estate fruit to shine though. With many of their vineyards literally overlooking the sea, it is unsurprising that their wines also offer an appealing salty tang."
