We are delighted to present this Chilean white wine from the Central Valley made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The wines produced by Author are characterized by a greater respect for the fruit and the careful selection of fine woods, resulting in a wine with an excellent price-to-quality ratio. A wine that leaves you wanting more.

Delicate pale yellow in colour, this Sauvignon is bursting with fresh aromas of citrus and grass followed and affirmed on the palate with melon and citrus forward flavours of lime and lemon, which are rounded off by the hints of grass and greenage, with just a touch of mineral to finish.

Service: Serve at 10°C.

Food Pairing: Excellent with poultry, cheese, fish, pasta in cream sauce, shellfish and vegetarian dishes.

The wines are made from the estate vineyards, encompassing a number of parcels throughout the Central Valley region, ranging from 7 to 150 acres in size and 25 to 70 years in age.

Cellaring: Ready to drink now.

Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation between 14° to 15° in stainless steel tanks. Once the mixture is ready, the wine is smoothly rinsed and Stabilized at low temperatures, as long as necessary.
