This classic Bordeaux blend from Carus Vini encapsulates the best of Merlot and Cabernet from the region. It is medium bodied with a fine balance of ripe dark fruits and the earthy, animal notes. Dried cherries and plum dominate with hints of chocolate and leather. This tastes more expensive than it is!

Now with a few years under its belt in the cellar, it has come into its own, offering an appealing balance of meaty, leather flavours and sappy fruit.
