Cortes de Cima Chaminé Branco 2019
Cortes de Cima presents this gastronomic 2019 Chaminé Branco is an unusual blend of Alvarinho, Sauvignon Blanc, Loureiro and Viognier. It is partially barrel fermented which creates an interesting wine that has aromatic personality but with also a bit of smoky toast and creaminess. Moderately rich and spicy, this would pair well with Indian dishes or cheese.
Robin says "Cortes de Cima produces this wine from their cool Alentejan Atlantic coastal vineyards and each parcel is picked and vinified separately before blending. This is a slightly richer style compared to some of their other vintages of this wine."
