Court Garden Blanc de Noirs 2013
£34.50
In Champagne-fashion, Court Garden's Blanc de Noirs is a blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Light lemon-green in colour with fine bubbles and aromas of red apple, pear and almond. The palate shows off an appealing array of biscuity flavours. Great length and vibrancy. A lovely wine.
Robin says "The 2013 Blanc de Noirs is an appealing blend that focuses on the black grapes from Champagne. As such, these styles tend to be more "vinous" with a bit more weight and structure. They can easily accompany lighter meat dishes and cheese or even be drunk on their own."
