Court Garden Vineyard Ditchling Rosé 2019
This elegant 2018 Rosé from Court Garden is produced much like a high quality white wine which is whole bunch pressed and partially fermented in oak barrels. The result is a rosé that exudes gentle notes of strawberries, raspberries, crème brûlée and brioche, while its brisk acidity adds lots of freshness.
Robin says 'Court Garden produces really lovely sparkling wines and it was a delight to taste the quality of their still wines as well. Their delicious 2018 rosé, partially made with the lesser seen Rondo variety, could easily be mistaken for a white if tasted blind. A fun experiment to try with friends!'
