A moderately taut wine on the nose, this wine by Domaine Gueguen unfolds beautifully on the palate with its lacy floral flavours, white peach and lime zest. Wonderfully layered and smooth. Delicious now, but will age beautifully over the next few years.
Robin says "The 1er Cru Vaucoupin vineyard tends to produce Chablis that are a bit more lifted and lacy but still with notable depth. I remember the first time that I tasted this wine, I could feel it trickle onto my palate like water onto rocks. It was that pure and mineral. A beauty."
