Domaine Gueguen Chablis Cuvée "1975" 2018
£21.50
Named after the year the vines were planted, this Chablis from Domaine Gueguen is deeper and more complex having used the best fruit from the parcel. It is rich, clingy as a stalker, with good acidity and structure.
Robin says "This special cuvée is named after the year its vines were planted (as well as their own birth years). It comprises their best vines within the vineyard which produce the smallest berries and therefore give more flavour and structure than their straight Chablis. Fragrant with lanolin and orchard fruits."
