Familia Correa Lisoni's Family Estate Cabernet Sauvignon presents with a brick red colour and deep purple/bluish hues at the rim. A lively nose with aromas of blackcurrant and chocolate are pronounced, leading to an intense yet balanced flavour profile on the palate of plum, blackberry, and black cherry. Aged in barrels for 16 months gives complexity and balance to the flavours along with an excellent structure. The tannins are elegantly balanced with the medium acidity allowing for a long finish. A highly gastronomic wine best enjoyed with fine meats!
