This elegant rosé from Feudo Montoni is light pink in colour with bronze reflections. Aromas of strawberry, blackberries and pomegranate combine with aromas of pink peppercorns. On the palate, it sappy, fresh and persistent. An intriguing rosé that is a bit "off piste".
Robin says "Fabio's rosé is produced from Nerello Mascalese, the variety that produces Etna's profound and perfumed reds. This rosé is light in colour but not in flavour and it delivers swathes of fruit and appealing wild herbs."
