Robin says "Dolcetto actually means "sweet, little one" as the grapes can be quite succulent. It is a native to Piedmont and can produce quite a fresh juicy style, but focused on dark fruits, or more serious ageworthy versions. This one is bright and sappy perfect for lighter meals, charcuterie or mezze."
