Greyfriars Vineyard is located on the sunny south facing chalk slopes of the ‘Hog’s Back’ at Puttenham just outside of Guildford in the Surrey Hills. With 40 acres under vine, they plant the classic Champagne varieties of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. Their range reflects the unique local soil conditions, climate, and heritage of the Surrey North Downs. Greyfriars Non-Vintage Sparkling Rosé, a gold medal winner, bottled in 2018 and matured for 4 years on its lees. A delicate pale pink in colour, it exudes aromas of summer berries and a fresh fruity palate.
