Le Bonheur Wine Estate The Manor Meander Merlot 2019
£12.50
Le Bonheur's Merlot is generous and medium-bodied, with a fruit-forward personality, the 2019 Manor Meander Merlot is a pleasingly plump red wine with a generous palate of blueberry, raspberry, cherry tomato and subtle notes of dark chocolate, finishing slightly savoury.
Robin says 'In order to retain the freshest wine possible with ample red fruit and supple tannins, the grapes for the 2019 Manor Meander were cooled in order to have a cold fruit extraction taking place before fermentation. The final blend was created after 18 months in 300-liter French oak barrels.'
