Monchiero Carbone's Recit is the perfect blend between Arneis' sumptuous palate and their vineyards' minerality. Lively with notes of pear, lemongrass, sugarloaf pineapple and a pretty saline finish. A succulent beauty.
Robin says "Arneis is one of the most exciting indigenous white varieties of Piedmont. It can be notably aromatic and when fully ripe can show characters similar to Viognier. However, Monchiero Carbone prefers a more mineral style. The fruit is still intact, but it has excellent freshness and an appealing salty tang finish."
